Library Announcements Policies and Procedures General Rules The library is open each day from 8:10 to 3:30. Students must sign in and have a signed agenda if they come to the library without a class. Appropriate library behavior should be used at all times. No food, drinks, or gum is allowed in the library. Circulation Policies Students may check out two books at a time. Books are checked out for a period of two weeks, but can be renewed with the book in hand. The fine for overdue books is 5¢ per school day, with a maximum fine of $2 per book. Students with overdue books or fines will lose check-out privileges. Magazines are for in-library use only. AV materials are for teacher check out only. Computer Rules Computer may be used for research, card catalog, and word processing. Each student must have an Internet Driver's License to access the Internet. The computers are for academic use only. Students must sign the Internet log-in sheet before accessing the Internet. Only the librarian may change the computer settings.
